The coronavirus pandemic is inflicting some Democrats to make the push for states to vote-by-mail within the 2020 presidential election. They are saying their efforts are for the protection of voters.

However Rep. Greg Walden, R-Ore., doesn’t suppose it’s system to mandate on all states.
